The Parlour is a newly renovated, light and warm space within a beautiful heritage building. With a modern design alongside original architectural features, the room is adaptable for a range of creative uses.

Based in Penryn town centre, close to transport links, this bookable space is a part of Art Centre Penryn. Suitable for meetings and small private groups, The Parlour features:

• Flexible set-up for meetings and groups

• Up to 6 tables and 20 chairs

• Projector on request

• Modern kitchenette for serving refreshments

• Accessible WC with baby-changing table

• Wi-fi included

• 5.5m x 6m, approx. 33 sqm

The Parlour is offered at a range of price points for commercial, educational and voluntary organisations.

Income generated from hiring The Parlour helps us deliver our wider programme of events and projects.

The funding for the renovation of The Parlour and associated facilities has been allocated from Cornwall Council’s Community Levelling Up Programme. The Community Levelling Up Programme is part of the Good Growth Programme, which is delivering the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.

The Parlour offers a bright and flexible space for meetings and small groups, with high ceilings and large windows. There is a projector available for presentations and the room supports a range of layouts to suit different needs.

With furniture available for different group sizes, you can gather together to discuss work projects, deliver an away-day, or develop skills through team training in this calm and inviting space.
