Creative Learning Producer

Role Title: Creative Learning Producer
Salary: £26,227 pro rata
Employment term: 0.4 FTE, 12 months fixed term
Hrs of work: 2 days (16hrs) p/week. Tuesdays essential + 1 evening p/month
NB (occasional weekend, evening and Bank Holiday working will be required)
Place of work: Art Centre Penryn
Provisional start date: 25 Aug 2026

Brief Overview:

Art Centre Penryn is at an exciting point in the development of its public engagement programme, facilitated by a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund.

This is a key role which involves running existing community activities and developing new ones. It is a fixed-term 12-month contract with the potential over the course of the 12 months to secure further funding to extend the role.

Shortlisting and Interviews:

Short listed candidates will be asked to deliver a 10min micro-teach, enabling the interview panel to observe their skills in delivering creative sessions. 

Short-listing and invitation to interview will take place w/c 13th July 2026

In-person interviews and micro-teach will be held w/c 20th July (likely 23rd or 24th)
at the School Room, Art Centre Penryn, TR10 8EH
